I organized and led workshops across Microsoft to hear firsthand how people design, ship, and support Windows day to day. What emerged was straightforward: the work only matters if it genuinely impacts people. I built the brand around that idea, and we created a storytelling and visual system the team could use to communicate their mission with clarity and pride.
With a shared identity and language, the organization gained alignment and momentum. Windows Engagement became a trusted collaborator across internal teams, grounded in a clearer sense of purpose.
