Mike has worked with brands across industries, from Fortune 100 organizations to tech startups disrupting their categories. Whether it’s enterprise cloud security, consumer goods, fashion, or life sciences, Mike approaches every project with radical curiosity and a drive to solve complex business challenges through brand, creative strategy, and experience design.
When he moved to Southern California to study film, his path was supposed to lead him to Sundance just four years later. Instead, he built a creative community in San Diego rooted in art, coffee, free donuts, and even freer creativity.
In 2012, Mike created a video that went viral—an experience that shaped his belief that successful brands are built on story, and that regardless of industry, people are always seeking genuine human connection.
By 2015, he joined Grizzly to help build Adventurous Brands. Serving as Creative Director, Mike has worn more hats than most—leading strategy, copy, and design while shaping the agency’s growing film and photo portfolio.
Most recently, in January 2025, Mike has been tapped to lead and build Outlier, a creative-led production company based in San Diego and Atlanta. As Head of Production, he's hands on in every story, building a network of creative originalists and talent around the world.
