My first move was to learn the space deeply. I spent time with clinicians, products, and real-world use cases until the complexities started to make sense. From that understanding, I helped define the organizing idea — Dynamic Wound Therapy — and guided our team as we created the Medaxis brand from scratch. We built the identity, digital experience, and sales tools so the company could introduce itself with confidence.
Medaxis now has a brand with purpose and direction. The story is simpler, the visuals are more approachable, and the organization is equipped with tools that make innovation feel understandable and clinically meaningful.
