I helped guide the discovery process that uncovered the belief at the center of the company: people want purpose and agency in the work they do. With that clarity, I led our creative team as we renamed the company Culture Partners, developed the platform “Unleash the Power of Culture,” and built a visual and verbal identity that feels warm, collaborative, and built for modern organizations.
The rebrand repositioned Culture Partners from a traditional consultancy to a partner in progress. The new identity gave the brand a stronger story to tell and helped clients see culture not as theory, but as a measurable driver of performance and belonging. The brand now reflects the kind of workplace transformation they have been championing for decades.
